When it comes to advice on evangelism in our increasingly post-Christian West, I recommend that you consult with Eric Lerew. He has his finger on the pulse of what people who are far from God are thinking, and how to engage them with the gospel. For the past five years, I have invited Eric regularly into my classes at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School to share how churches are organizing for mission in their local settings to reach people in ways that they respond.

I highly recommend Eric Lerew. He has led many of our pastors in networks or huddles and helped them navigate the adaptive challenges in mission today. A number of churches have also received great coaching from Eric as they seek to engage their neighbors in conversations that can lead to spiritual things. His explanation of the "big gospel" is something I have used many times since that time. Eric loves Jesus and people and would certainly help your church context greatly!

Of all the things I could say positive about Eric the one thing that I would highlight as his most prominent characteristic would be his consistency. I have never known Eric to be different or uncharacteristically moved from the core values he has been mentoring others in.
After many years of my own journey (Kids, marriage, church experiences) I find it completely refreshing to partner again with Eric in the ministry God has called us to both separately and as a team.
I would highly recommend Eric as a leader, mentor, and coach but most importantly as a friend.
